REIS has been serving northwest Pennsylvania, western New York and Ohio since 1990, and the company has performed thousands of residential and commercial inspections.

Mr. Patrick Gool, REIS owner/inspector, has more than twenty years of experience in the construction industry; he is an approved HUD 203k Consultant; and a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).
