What does a home inspection include?

Buying a new home is the biggest investment you will ever make. Having your new home professionally inspected during the buying process is a wise decision. The "Home Inspection Report" gives the buyer or seller an independent evaluation of the property, the structure, the systems, the grounds, and even the surrounding neighborhood. The report describes both the type and quality of construction, and evaluates the current conditions of the property. Please read our FAQ for some commonly asked questions about our home inspections.
